The Lute Legends Collective, an association of specialists in ancient plucked-string traditions from diverse cultures, is thrilled to be collaborating again with the the Butter Quartet, the brilliant young period instrument ensemble based in the Netherlands.
The two ensembles recently shared a concert at the international 2024 Amsterdam String Quartet Biennale which received a standing ovation. Their unique project is now being remounted in Toronto for one night only!
“There is a Season” presents music about the four seasons from Austria, Italy, China, Turkey, and India.
