Join us on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month
12:00pm - 1:00 PM

Take a midday pause to recharge, connect, and collaborate with other mental health providers. This free, bi-weekly drop-in group is designed to foster community among therapists while also offering space to:

• Build authentic relationships with colleagues in a relaxed setting
• Share resources, insights, and clinical perspectives
• Consult on challenging cases in a supportive, confidential space

Hosted by Kari (OCD specialist) and Cherish (ADHD specialist), this is a space to talk shop, connect over coffee or tea, and recharge in community.
