In recent years, Sound Baths have gained significant popularity as a good way to relax. The Logos Method Sound Bath distinguishes itself from the typical Sound Baths you may encountered. We focus on slowing down your brain waves so that you can turn off your nervous system and fully recharge your internal battery. We give you a reference point to connect to the deep vibrant silence within. When you emerge from this vibrational integration, you feel replenished, restored, and deeply connected to yourself and the silence within. We give you tools to tap back into the silence within and begin a journey with learning to self regulate.
