Reconnect with the playful, curious, and authentic parts of yourself during an afternoon of healing in nature.
Hosted by Ember Centre's Registered Clinical Counsellors, this unique outdoor experience blends therapeutic practices, attachment exploration, mindful play, and a restorative sound bath beneath the trees. Together, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and rediscover the healing that can happen through curiosity, creativity, and community.
Your afternoon includes:
- Attachment style exploration
- Inner child healing activities
- Wonder & play practices
- Outdoor sound bath
- Light snacks & refreshments
