Held in a warm, therapeutic saltwater pool, this immersive experience invites you to float freely, supported by small pool noodles while gently submerged in soothing water. Womb-like, calming, and deeply restorative, the buoyancy of the saltwater allows the body to soften and fully receive the experience.You’ll be surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gong, flute, chimes, and other sound calming instruments, played live and intentionally to wash over and through the body. The combination of sound and flotation supports deep nervous system regulation, relaxation, and renewal.
After the session, you’re invited to enjoy herbal tea and light seasonal snacks, with time to ground and connect in community before returning to your day.
