Immerse yourself in a multi-dimensional sound healing experience that blends therapeutic sound, energy work, and somatic practices—all within a trauma-informed, safe, and consent-centered space for relaxation, meditation, self-healing, and frequency medicine.

Held the last Wednesday of every month at Sakinah Oasis in West Chester, PA, these group sessions provide sacred containers for transformation, ancestral healing, and energetic clearing across all layers of being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. We approach healing with humility, accountability, and respect for the lineages and land that have stewarded these practices, creating a space free from extraction or hierarchy.

Using coherent sound resonating with different parts of the body, a variety of tools—including crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, the voice, and your own personal resonance—guide an immersive sound journey. This supports the nervous system, stimulates nitric oxide release, releases tension and stuck energy, and retunes the body toward a more harmonious and coherent state.

Each session invites you to deepen into the present moment, connect with your breath and body, and allow sound to penetrate on a cellular level, awakening your body’s natural healing intelligence while honoring your autonomy and personal sovereignty.

Please bring: a yoga mat and your favorite pillow or blanket for comfort—we have extras if you forget.

Note: This off-the-body sound frequency work is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant in their first trimester, have a pacemaker, experience sound-induced epilepsy, or have a history of untreated or unstable psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders.
