Therapeutic Drumming

Using traditional djembe drums and other percussion instruments, this workshop teaches creative ways to regulate the nervous system, release stress and anxiety, and improve the mind/body connection. Therapeutic techniques will allow participants a safe environment to explore, express, and release emotions in a unique, creative way. No musical experience
required!
