Come reconnect with your natural rhythm in a nourishing community drumming circle, a space for joyful expression, playful connection, and gentle empowerment. We’ll begin with a guided drum class and embodied music-making games, then move into a free-flow therapeutic drumming circle where rhythm, listening, and shared presence support nervous system regulation, stress release, groundedness, and a felt sense of belonging.No musical experience needed. Just a willingness to listen, respond, and play.
Instruments will be provided or you can bring favourites of your own.
