Come join me for a unique experience at 11 Lombard Street, Belfast City Centre (beside TKMaxx) where I will guide you on a journey using projection cards.

These one to one therapeutic interventions are designed to cultivate curiosity, self exploration, insight and reflection. Both your conscious and unconscious will be encouraged to challenge existing beliefs and thinking patterns, opening you up to new perspectives and a more balanced outlook. These sessions are designed to support your wellbeing as you navigate relationships, challenges and life in general.
