Therapeutic Arts Session With Nadia. of Authentic Art Creation Practice

Therapeutic Arts session is a practice, which can be best described as a dance of your awareness between the inner and the outer worlds.

This practice will provide you with confidence in your creative potential, and will provide you with tools for carrying on developing this practice at your own time and in your life as well.

In this workshop you will:

- be supported to reach an embodied state of your creative flow

- release all expectations of the end result, redefining what art and it's process is all about.

There is absolutely no skills, or experience required. You can be a professional artist or have never touched art materials at all. All are welcome!
All art materials are provided.
Apart from the check in and check out circles when we come together as a group, this session is about you and your ind process.

Please be mindful that by booking your ticket you are contracting to:

• co-creating a safe and respectful space for all
• being sober, as it is a drug and alcohol free space (there is a community cafe and saunas in the main area of the bu where you are welcome to have a meal, drink and enjoy yourselves after the session)
• Confidentiality- we respect everyone's personal stories, details of their process and art work and keep it within the space, unless you have a consent that it is ok to be talked about outside of the circle.
• A mindful and considerate photos or promotional video might be taken by the fascilitator, otherwise no phones can be used in the space. Do let us know if you would like to be out of this video and photos.
  Nadia is fully qualified BACP registred Counsellor 'Using the Arts', Therapeutic Arts Fascilitator & Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner.
  Nadia is heart-lead and intuitive in her approach, creating a welcoming and containing space, where each one and all are welcomed and embraced.
