🌸 Start with Mindfulness – Gentle mindfulness exercises to help you feel calm, focused, and ready to create.
🖋️ Art Journaling – Mix drawing, collage, and writing to express thoughts, emotions, and inspiration.
🎨 A New Project Each Time – Explore painting, mixed media, embroidery, and sensory art — something new every session!
🌳 Community Tree Project – Add your mark to a shared artwork that grows with each workshop.
