New Appreciation House presents a therapeutic aggression release night through a guided paint n sip group . Enjoy a nurturing safe environment with people who's mission is to be the change they want to see in the world one day at a time. One person at-a time. Come heavy and leave a bit lighter. At the end of the night you will be given the opportunity to throw your pains into the fire. Watching it go up into flames gives you a sense of separation and a physical touch of the act of letting go.
