Everyone's talking about mental health these days. No surprise there – life's a struggle, isn't it? In this fallen world, we face situations that are "bad, sad, and hard" on a regular basis, and they take their toll on all of us.
The culture around us offers a never-ending torrent of advice for how to address mental health. But how should we think about mental health as Christians? Is this solely the domain of the therapists, psychologists, and physicians? Or does the Bible have something to say?
Join us this fall for the RGC Theology Conference, as Dr. Ernie Baker teaches on The Sufficiency of Scripture and Mental Health. Come learn how God has given his people the resources we need for life and godliness in his Word. Come learn how you can walk the Christian walk well, and thrive – even in the face of the "bad, sad, and hard." And finally, come learn how you can help your brothers and sisters to do the same.
