Early bird sales close on the 18th of September, after the 18th the tickets are "Standard" price.

Face-to-Face Attendance registrations close on the 22nd of October. Dietary requirements cannot be catered for if tickets are purchased after the 22nd of October.

Online Attendance Live/Recording registrations close on the 22nd of October. Anyone that registers for the Online Attendance will also receive a link to the Conference Recording approximately 3 weeks after the event.

- If you would like to only receive a recording after the event and do not plan to attend live, you must still register for "Online Attendance" and you will receive a link to the recording approximately 3 weeks after the event.

- Anyone that registers after the start of the Conference until registration closes on 22nd of October will receive a link to the Conference Recording approximately 3 weeks after the event. After registration closes you will not be able to register to receive a recording.

Conference recording will be available to all registered attendees until the end of Jan 2027.

What's the cancellation and refund policy?

To cancel your registration, you can request a cancellation through Eventbrite, or contact the PA Research Foundation: [email protected] / 07 3180 1840.

If an attendee cancels their registration, attendees can receive refunds up to the 16th of October 2026 , less Eventbrite fees. After this date, no refunds will be provided.

If the EVENT is cancelled by the organiser, attendees will receive a full refund.

How can I register and pay?

Please register online via Eventbrite and pay with a credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A paper ticket is not required. Just have a copy of the ticket on your mobile to scan upon arrival.
