Тематичната вечер на нашите студенти Sunny Beach пренася духа на българското Черноморие в ресторанта за една вечер, вдъхновена от дългите летни дни, топлите нощи и безгрижната енергия на лятото.
Концепцията преосмисля познати вкусове и сезонни продукти чрез съвременни техники, смели комбинации и закачливи препратки към културата на морето. От първата хапка до последния десерт всяко ястие е създадено да изненадва, забавлява и провокира.

On July 5, Talents invites you to an evening inspired by Bulgaria’s iconic seaside destination and all those little moments that turn summer into a memory — without ever leaving Sofia.
Sunny Beach brings the spirit of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast to the restaurant for one night, inspired by long summer days, warm evenings and the carefree energy of the season.
The concept rethinks Bulgarian cuisine through contemporary techniques, playful dish names, bold flavours and impressive presentations. Familiar seasonal ingredients such as fresh vegetables, summer fruits, herbs and seafood are transformed into dishes that are surprising.
Provocation is at the heart of the experience and the menu captures the exciting character of Sunny Beach. Guests are invited to relax, have fun and escape to the seaside for one night. This might just be the best thing that could happen to you this summer!
