На 28 юни Talents отваря вратите си за първата изпитна вечеря на нашите студенти за летния сезон– вечер, вдъхновена от романтиката на Париж и златните цветове на летния залез. Sunset in Paris е авторска интерпретация на класически френски вкусове, представени през призмата на студентите и Talents. Менюто проследява прехода от златния час към нощния Париж – свят на елегантност, характер и неподправен чар.

В рамките на 5-степенно меню гостите ще преминат през внимателно подбрани продукти и техники, вдъхновени от френската кухня и интерпретирани от следващото поколение професионални готвачи.

On June 28, Talents opens its doors for the first exam dinner of our students—an evening inspired by the romance of Paris and the golden hues of a summer sunset. Sunset in Paris is an original interpretation of classic French flavors, presented through the lens of our students and our professional chefs. The menu follows the transition from the golden hour to the Parisian night—a world of elegance, character, and timeless charm.

Through a five-course menu, the guests will experience carefully selected ingredients and techniques inspired by French cuisine and interpreted by the next generation of professional chefs.
