Theme of the month: Time to Talk Workshop (In Person) (CAV NHS STAFF ONLY)

Join us for our monthly theme workshop, this month our focus is on 'Time to Talk'. This 1.5 hour workshop provides a supportive introduction to understanding general mental health issues. The session is interactive and suitable for anyone wanting to better understand their mood or support others.

We will also be joined by our staff dietician who will provide us some helpful information on diet and how a healthy lifestyle can have a positive impact.
