About this Event

Join The Federal City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for a powerful day of empowerment, education, and youth excellence at the STOMP D.A.T. & College Fair!

The Federal City Alumnae Chapter (TheFCAC), in partnership with the Federal City Public Service Foundation, proudly presents the 19th Annual STOMP D.A.T. (Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco) Youth Step Show—a longstanding tradition celebrating youth leadership, healthy living, and creative expression.

This year’s theme, “Boots on the Ground—No Missed Steps, Clock It,” is a motivating call to action that highlights discipline, precision, and purpose. Our youth teams will bring high energy, powerful messages, and show-stopping performances to the stage as they compete in this signature TheFCAC event.

Start the Day at the College Fair - Free Event

Before the step show begins, students and families are invited to explore our College Fair, designed to prepare youth for their next academic chapter. College recruiters will be onsite to:

  • Answer questions about admissions, majors, and campus life
  • Provide brochures and resources about their institutions
  • Offer guidance on navigating the college process

It’s a perfect opportunity for middle and high school students to gather information, make connections, and get inspired for the future.

Then Stay for the Main Event: STOMP D.A.T. - Ticketed Event

Following the college fair, enjoy the electrifying performances of youth step teams from across the region. These talented students will showcase creativity, skill, unity, and messages that promote healthy choices and positive lifestyles.

Why You Should Attend
  • A full day of community engagement and youth empowerment
  • Access to college recruiters and admissions resources

Plus, don’t miss a major highlight of the day—TheFCAC will award $60,000 in scholarships to deserving students! This incredible investment in our youth underscores our commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and empowering the next generation in the Washington DC Metro area.

You don’t want to miss this inspiring, high-energy day of education, entertainment, and community impact.
