Theatre-Based Leadership
"All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players...” — William Shakespeare
Whether you are leading a team, pitching an idea, speaking to clients, or trying to make your voice heard, this course will help you show up with more confidence, creativity, and connection.
The Curriculum: Confidence, Creativity, Collaboration, and Connection.
Through active on-your-feet participation, attendees will learn the basics of ‘stage presence’ to enhance the Four C’s––Confidence, Creativity, Collaboration, and Connection.
Goals:
Confidence → Executive Presence Strengthen your voice, free your body, and enter the room with greater belief, clarity, and impact adopting the ‘Be-Do-Have’.
Creativity → Creative Agility Learn to stay grounded in the present moment so you can think on your feet when the script runs out.
Collaboration → Ensemble Leadership Practice listening, responding, and building with others so the whole team performs better.
Connection → Genuine Influence Communicate with clarity, warmth, and intention—whether you are in person, on camera, presenting, selling, or leading a conversation.
Course Structure: A 3-hour, hands-on workshop full of active exercises and real moments of discovery. You'll build executive presence, find your confidence on camera and in person, and
leave with practical tools to genuinely connect with any audience.
Then we'll talk about how our 8-Week Crash Course can take you even further.
