The First Annual Zydeco Ball brings Western Fancy elegance to The Ballroom at Bayou Place for an evening of live zydeco from Step Rideau and the Zydeco Outlaws, candlelight, gold, and a room full of Houston’s boldest. Dress how you please — cowboy, couture, somewhere in between — the hat is the only formal requirement. Your black hat is your evening gown. Your black hat is your tuxedo.

Grazing stations bring small-bite Western fare throughout the evening, and proceeds from every ticket support the Foundation for Black Heritage and Culture, celebrating Western heritage.
