After so many years of being a fashion designer in Zambia, I realized there is something that needs to be corrected. And this is why I bring to you:
“Am Zambian” – The Zambian Luxury Runway Experience by TashFash Designs, 2026.
This is more than a fashion show.
This is a movement.
A night where we will showcase Zambian bridal and everyday wear in a way that boldly represents who we are — our roots, our culture, our identity.
For too long, our fashion has been mistaken for other cultures.
But the time has come for us to brand Zambia, wear Zambia, and proudly be Zambian.
At this runway experience, you will see designs that:
Speak Zambian without explanation.
Represent us before we even say a word.
Tell the world who we are — boldly, proudly, and unapologetically.
I am looking forward to a time when a Zambian walks into a room and no one asks where they are from because the outfit already says it.
