Renaissance is founder of , teaches for Modo Yoga, Hot 8 Yoga as well as private and corporate retreats/workshops.

Shakira affectionately known as Your Local Yoga Dealer is a virtual and in-person instructor specializing in Vinyasa, Barre, Yin Yoga and guided meditation. Founder of , athletic trainer to NFL and college athletes, builds yoga ciriculum for children and develops corporate wellness packages. Over the past 10 years Shakira had taught thousands of yoga classes in partnerships with varies athletic and beverage brands. This spring, Your Local Yoga Dealer opened it's newest location inside the Groundfloor Echo Park social club (where this training will take place)!

The Workshop for Teachers offers advanced techniques on how-to sequence, use appropriate language, effective cueing, form effective music playlist that support your class, voice control, how-to safely administer hands-on adjustments vs. verbal adjustments, and in-depth discussions on philosophy and mindfulness. Through interactive sessions and collaborative learning, TT's will learn the art of creating inclusive, empowering yoga spaces.
