This Summer Solstice workshop will explore various dimensions of Nada Yoga, the Yoga of sound. It is a ceremonial sound meditation journey that includes gentle movement, an hour long sound bath, silent meditation, toning, and mantra to help us access the profound mysteries of silence and sound.
