Join me for a monthly Yoga Nap session starting on Friday, February 21st at 7.30pm. This 2-hour class will guide you through restorative practices and relaxation techniques designed to help you slow down, release tension, and restore your sense of balance, peace, and wellbeing.What to Expect:
Therapeutic Relaxation: Unwind and rejuvenate with the help of props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
Stress Relief: Perfect for eliminating fatigue and stress, this session can also assist with insomnia, recovery from illness or injury, and overcoming emotional challenges such as depression and anxiety.
Gentle and Mindful Practice: Ideal for combating symptoms of burnout, stress, and insomnia.
Restorative Yin & Yoga Nidra: Experience deep, active rest by holding poses longer. We will end the session with "Yogic sleep” a traditional relaxation/meditation method promoting deep relaxation and conscious rest.
Breathing Techniques: Focus on different breathing techniques alongside restorative yoga poses to prepare your mind and body for a productive weekend ahead.
An Alternative to Your Usual Friday Night:
Have your NY resolutions failed already? Why not revisit them by making a small step to commit to your wellbeing and try something different to your usual Friday night plans.
Additional Perks:
Tea & Cake: We will end the session with a relaxing break, enjoying tea and cake to wrap up your Yoga Nap experience.
