## 🍽️ Five-Course Menu with Wine Pairings
### 🥂 Appetizer
Maple-Bacon Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese & Pistachio Dust Smoky, creamy, crunchy, and sweet—this bite-sized starter sets the tone for the evening.
🍷 Suggested Pairing: Sparkling Rosé or Off-Dry Riesling
Why: The bubbles and fruitiness balance the richness and sweetness beautifully.
### 🍲 Soup
Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple Bisque with Brown Butter Sage Drizzle Velvety squash and tart apple purée kissed with cinnamon and cayenne, finished with nutty brown butter and crispy sage.
🍷 Suggested Pairing: Lightly Oaked Chardonnay or Viognier
Why: These whites complement the creamy texture and warm spices without overpowering.
### 🥗 Salad
Pear & Fennel Salad with Candied Pecans and Blue Cheese Crumble Shaved fennel, greens, and ripe pear tossed in honey-balsamic vinaigrette, garnished with candied pecans and creamy blue cheese.
