The Yale Whiffenpoofs, the world's oldest A Cappella group, invite you and all your family and friends to join us for live performances in the DMV this October. Brought to you by our own Northern Virginia native, Cyrus Rivers, we will have two exciting performances in Vienna, VA on October 15th and Bethesda, MD on October 17th.
Since our founding in 1909, the Whiffenpoofs have brought our diverse repertoire of vocal jazz, folk, pop, and Broadway hits to more than two hundred audiences each year across all 6 inhabited continents. In past years, the ‘Whiffs’ have sung for Presidents Obama, Bush (41 and 43), Clinton, and Reagan, and at venues including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Kennedy Center. We’ve even been featured on television shows such as “The Sing Off,” “The West Wing,” and “Glee.” We hope you can make it, and we look forward to chatting with you after the concert!
