About this Event
Join us at Populus Seattle for the premiere of “The Work of Loving,” a live, intimate viewing experience created by Michaela Kyles, followed by The Afterglow at Firn in partnership with Oddly Intimate.
This gathering invites you into a real, honest conversation between Michaela and her teenage daughter, Levi. Together, they explore love, parenting, growing up, and learning from each other in real time ,the things we don’t always have language for, but feel every day.
The Work of Loving Series was created to hold space for the conversations many families are still figuring out how to have. It’s reflective, sometimes funny, sometimes tender, and rooted in truth. No perfection. No performance. Just presence.
Guests will join us for a communal viewing, followed by a moment to connect, reflect, and be in conversation together.
As the experience continues, guests are invited to The Afterglow at Firn, a rooftop gathering in partnership with Oddly Intimate. This closing experience extends the spirit of the evening, with thoughtfully crafted cocktails, soulful R&B reinterpreted by THEISHYU and DJ Vega, and an atmosphere designed to linger a little longer.
Presented in partnership with Populus Seattle.
