How to book:

1. Choose your ticket type: small, medium or large group. You only need one ticket per group.
2. After purchase the ticket information will be automatically sent, if you do not receive it please email info@im-puzzled.
3. Please include eventbrite purchase email address or order number
4. Please note your tickets are flexible and can be chosen on any day that suits you.
5. You will receive an email from us informing you where the starting location is and how to download our app and redeem your unique code

Info: If you have not received the ticket information email from us please email [email protected] quoting your order number. Once you receive this email please follow the instructions to get setup before you arrive on the day.

Info: Hopefully you have already download the app and created your account, if not please follow the steps on the ticket information email. This is a virtual experience so you can start at any time. Once you have redeemed the code and you are at the start location you can start the experience.

Info: You can pause the experience at any time to get a drink or some food. All your progress is saved so don't worry about closing the app.
