WHEW! We're still basking in the glow of our very first "MeTreat" celebration in May! The energy, sisterhood, and JOY... Simply Wondrous! If you were there, you ALREADY know, but if not, you're here NOW and you're in the right place!
Let's face it ladies, we KNOW how to gather and honor each other as Women - ESPECIALLY needed during this season of activity, recreation & rest (however we can)!
Join us as we come together and reconnect for this playful summer 2026 Wonder of Women Gathering as we explore the power of our words & self expression as a cornerstone of our self-care journey.
We're especially honored to welcome our special guest, Kelly de la Rocha, creator & founder of poemRENOVATION to share an interactive and impactful set of tools to infuse our communications skills & "wordplay" with clarity and FUN!
W.O.W. Gatherings are currently reoccurring on a seasonal basis at the Bridge Healing Arts Center in Farmington.
Event Gathering Space ~ Serenity Studio
We incorporate topics/interests of our attendees & guests to curate unique and memorable experiences.
In this circle we will:
- Reflect on our individual & collective experiences with expressive & receptive language
- Sharpen our awareness & check our “tone" and "word choices" and notice how our mindset and words impact our experiences & relationships and interactions
- Enjoy individual and interactive wordplay & creative connections
- Connect our thoughts & emotions with our intentions & words with ease
- Explore self-awareness & capture insights in writing & photos
- Release expectations, stress & overwhelm AND laugh!
- Be seen & fully supported.

This gathering is intimate, warm, interactive & experiential. We welcome 12 Attendees.
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Please feel free to:
- Dress comfortably
- Plan to capture photos of your poemRENOVATION processes
- Share your personal "gems & gold nuggets"
- Capture reflections in a gifted Journal (or bring you own, if preferred)
- Bring a favorite snack/comfort food*
