Join us for “The Women of Wellness Mental Health Fair,” hosted by Graced to GROW Beyond Fear and the Women Empowerment Circle on May 25, 2024, from 12 to 5 p.m.

FREE COMMUNITY EVENT- MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, shedding light on the vital conversation around mental well-being that impacts almost 50 million American adults. Achea Redd, mental health advocate and author, emphasizes its importance, "This month serves as a pivotal time to elevate mental health awareness, often overlooked until a critical moment arises."

The Women of Wellness is joining the movement to raise awareness about mental health and wellness in our communities. There will be activities for everyone, as well as vendors (local entrepreneurs), resources, and more. Kids are welcome!

The Women of Wellness is dedicated to empowering and supporting women on their journey to wholeness and well-being. Our mission is to inspire self-care, foster resilience, and promote a balanced and vibrant life for every woman.
