Join us for a special presentation and community discussion, "The Women of Brown," led by museum specialist Donna Rae Pearson.
Donna Rae will share the stories and contributions of twelve Black women, often overlooked, who were the forefront of the civil rights movement as plaintiffs in the landmark Brown vs Board of Education case. Their courage and determination were essential to the story of the Brown decision and its impact on American society.
