Set aside some valued intentional time to close out 2024.
Collect all of your thoughts, projects, activities, heart breaks and wins, and whatever else you want to leave behind, from 2024 and release them in a burning ceremony that we will have at the end of this workshop.
On this day you will spend time meditating, drumming, deep breathing, picking a FOCUS card for the year ahead, looking at the astrology for the transitioning into a brand new year, and talking about and sharing your highs and lows of 2024. You will also spend time sharing, and witnessing others as they share, your dreams/goals/aspirations for 2025. It is important to have people hear your words. You are important. You have value.
We will also begin to design your "Mind-Set Worksheet" for 2025. Your blueprint for your daily routine (s). This is important to feel successful in who you are wanting to become.
You will experience a degree of expansion on this day and we will drum.
You will feel you have clarity in your vision for 2025 and we will drum.
You will leave knowing the direction your life is going to take you and we will drum.
You will feel lighter as you release the old to make room for the new and we will drum.
No drumming experience necessary and I will have extra drums, meditation boards and rattles for anyone who will need these.
Please dress comfy. Bring water. I will have journals and pens available and if you choose to eat lunch with us at the restaurant right down the street AFTER the workshop you are more than welcome to join us. Maverick's is the name should you choose to look up their menu before making a decision.
