THE WOMAN WHO KNOWS
Understanding yourself is one thing. Trusting yourself is another.
So often, we sense what we need before we can fully explain it—yet look outside ourselves for reassurance, permission or answers. We question what we feel, override what our bodies are communicating, or convince ourselves that someone else must know better.
The Woman Who Knows is an evening devoted to rebuilding some of that trust.
Through guided meditation, journalling, meaningful conversation and a closing ritual, we’ll consider:
• Where might I be giving away my power by looking outside myself for an answer I already sense within?
• What makes it difficult to trust what I know?
Taking place in the final days before the New Moon, this circle offers space to turn inward, release the need for certainty and reconnect with the wisdom you already carry.
The woman who knows isn’t someone you’re becoming.
She’s someone you’re returning to.
