Washington Community Theater invites you to audition for our Summer 2025 production of The Wizard of OZ!Auditions are open to adults and children ages 8 and up.
(Children must have reached their 8th birthday prior to 3/15/25.)
Director Aidan Quartana asks that all auditioners prepare 32 bars of a musical theatre style song with as well as a contrasting backup cut for adults. Accompanist will be provided. Callbacks (scheduled for 3/16) may include a reading from the script and a dance call.
All interested performers are asked to complete the online audition form and schedule an audition slot via SignUp Genius - both which can be found here: http://www.washingtoncommunitytheatre.org/thewizardofozwctauditions-352282.html
Please Note: Slots between 10am and noon on Saturday the 15th are reserved for children and performers under the age of 18. Please bring a paper resume if possible. Headshots welcome.
Performances will take place June 24th – 29th at the Main Pavilion in Washington Park with rehearsals tentatively planned starting March 23rd. If cast, you will be asked to become a member of Washington Community Theatre and volunteer time to assist with set load-in and/or construction.
