Follow the yellow brick road to a magical pantomime adventure for all the family! 🌈👠There’s no place like home, which is why the Daventry Players are thrilled to once again be taking to the stage at Daventry Community Centre to perform The Wizard of Oz – the much-loved classic brought to life in this sparkling pantomime adaptation by Tom Whalley.
Join Dorothy as she’s whisked away from Kansas to the dazzling Land of Oz, where she meets some unforgettable friends – the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion – and faces the wickedly wonderful Wicked Witch of the West.
Packed with colourful characters, catchy songs, laugh-out-loud comedy, audience participation and plenty of panto magic, this is a feel-good show bursting with fun for all ages. Expect heroes to cheer, villains to boo, and lots of “Oh yes it is!” along the way.
Perfect for families, friends and anyone who loves traditional pantomime, The Wizard of Oz promises an entertaining escape to somewhere over the rainbow.
