Step into the inner circle.
This Halloween Themed Photo Swapmeet is all things dark and magical. Don your robes and bring fourth your Coven for an enchanting afternoon to conjure a night of spooky vibes and magic.
Please note: You do not need to be a professional Model/Cosplayer or Photographer - all skill levels are welcome!!
Giving Everyone a decent amount of time to get Costumes and props sorted with plenty of time before the shoot.
This is an opportunity for Creators to come together and collaborate, expand portfolios and meet other like minded people. This is a community building event for all levels of skills, Everybody is welcome!

Event Details
Date: Saturday the 17th of October 2026 (pending the Mackay Weather)
Time: 3pm- 7pm (roughly)
Location: The South Islander Hut
Entry Fee: FREE
What to Bring:
Business cards or some other format for your socials/contact details can be given.
Outfits inspired by the dark, whimsical world of a coven of witches. - see the Pinterest link for inspo.
Costume Accessories/Props for swapping (hats, jewelry, costumes,)
Set Props for swapping (mirrors, Tarrot cards, candles - battery operated preferred - we don't want to burn down the gardens.. )
Your imagination!
Your creativity and enthusiasm!
