The Wisdom Exchange: Keeping Our Minds Strong

We're excited to launch The Wisdom Exchange — a free, six-month lunch and learn series designed for the LGBTQ+ community to explore the many dimensions of aging, from the journey into adulthood, to the role of caregiver, to our own golden years.
Each month we'll explore a different topic that explores the communal experience of aging—sharing knowledge, planning ahead, and strengthening the networks of chosen family that have long helped our community care for one another across generations.
DATE: Tuesday, July 14
TIME: 11a-1p
LOCATION: Contemporary Art Museum
SESSION 1: Keeping Our Minds Strong
Kick off the series with us at the Contemporary Art Museum, where the Alzheimer's Association will lead an engaging session on brain health and cognitive wellness. Learn the science-backed steps we can all build into our daily routines to support lifelong brain health — because it's never too early, or too late, to start.
Come ready to enjoy a light lunch, take part in hands-on activities led by CAM Connect, and plug in with your community, whether you're reuniting with old friends or making new ones.
The Wisdom Exchange is sponsored by the Pride St. Louis Community Give Back Grant.
Adults of all ages are encouraged to attend. Please RSVP using this form: https://forms.gle/aZomX6VRVyp3iz5n8
If you have a guest joining you, please have them also complete the form.
