Welcome to The Sacred Pause, winter Solstice event at Karinya Yoga in Beverley! Join us for a rejuvenating experience that allows you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, especially at this tine of the year.

This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself, and find inner peace. Whether you're a seasoned witch or just starting on your spiritual journey, this event is open to all.

Come and immerse yourself in a 90 minute session of relaxation, mindfulness, and self-care. Take this sacred pause to recharge and realign your mind, body, and spirit.

Facilitated by 2 Reiki Master Practitioners, we guide you through a series of grounding techniques to calm your nervous system and help you re-centre. Expect vagal toning, Reiki (energy healing of the Chakras) meditation, sounds of the Buffallo drum and Tibetan bowl.

We have been running this workshop since Spring and the feedback from attendees is that they feel lighter and more connected to themselves when they leave.
