The Will of Wellness Retreat

We are pleased to invite you to our third annual retreat.

This retreat is being brought to you by Reach Back Spring Forward, Inc. (RBSF) - a 501c3 organization in Washington, D.C., whose primary mission is:

RBSF connects at-risk youth and young adults with social, educational, and environmental resources critical for a healthy transition into adulthood. "

Founder Dr. Kenae Black became passionate about the Will of Wellness after spending several years advising and consulting with women on their leadership and personal development. After much research and prayer, The Retreat was birthed. This retreat is a culmination of those efforts; focused on awareness of women being pillars of our communities and giving of themselves, selflessly, without being fully well themselves. As such, pouring from half-empty cups.

This retreat will focus on God’s Will for us to be whole. Complete wellness is not just a desire, but a requirement. In the Wheel of Wellness, there are several dimensions of wellness. This retreat will focus specifically on: Emotional/Mental, Spiritual, Financial, Social, and Physical wellness.

During this retreat we will unpack these areas of wellness by sharing tools, testimonies, resources, workshops, small group discussions and more; to assist one another in reaching our full potential.

As a reminder, any donations of time or resources do qualify as a donation towards a 501c3 organization and thus, are tax-exempt.

Tentative Schedule:

Friday - 7-9:30pm; Welcoming Reception. 9:30p-12a- VIP Kick back.

Saturday - 8a-5p; & 7-10:30; Sunday - 8a -1p
