Somewhere between the shadows and the light, a young woman wanders into a mysterious wilderness searching for one thing… Her voice.

Abayomi must navigate the mysterious realms as she confronts her fears, identity, and generational trauma. While facing a powerful truth: healing begins when we finally face ourselves.

Step into The Wilderness, an immersive Pan-African experience where theater and poetry breathes, bodies tell stories through movement, and music guides through the unknown. Experience the incredible artistry of American Idol Season 24 Top 20 Semi-Finalist Abayomi Lewis, along with an amazing cast who brings this story to life.

The Wilderness takes audiences on an emotional ride through identity, generational trauma, and resilience. Through the lens of the African Diaspora, the story reveals the impact of pain passed down through generations and the power of healing.

This is far more than a show; it is a shared invitation for our community to reflect, connect, and heal together. Because we believe stories like this belong to be heard and seen by everyone, admission is completely FREE.
