The Wheel of Consent® Weekend Workshop in Ottawa
Feb 20–22, 2026
with myself, Sarah Anne (they/she), and co-facilitator tracy montgomery (she/her).
If you’ve been craving deeper clarity in your relationships — with your partner, your friends, your clients, or your own body — this weekend is designed for you.
Over three days, we’ll explore how to listen to your body’s truth… how to honour your yes, your no, and your maybe… and how to create connection that actually feels good.
This is work that shifts things.
It shows up in your communication, your boundaries, your intimacy, your parenting, and the way you hold space for others.
What we’ll dive into:
