The Whale's Tale Workshop

Before The Whale's Tale Theatre Show, join us for a drama workshop exploring the issues faced by whales and asking what we can do to help. We’ll use puppetry, games and sea shanties to get curious and work together.

'The Whale's Tale' project is captained by Edie Edmundson. Edie is a puppeteer and theatre maker from Totnes, South Devon. She has worked as a performer and puppetry director for companies including Wise Children, Edinburgh Royal Lyceum, the Royal Shakespeare Company, Children's Theatre Partnership, and Freckle Productions. For 'The Whale's Tale' she has gathered an experienced company, and worked with South West partners including Devon Fishermen's Mission, Take A Part Plymouth and the Ocean Recovery Project.

She also creates her own work, both independently and with Loaded Object Theatre.

Age Restriction: suitable for 5 years plus, all under 16s to be accompanied by an adult.
