The West-Coast Cypher Competition
• Saturday, February 21st
• Timeframe: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Location: THE HIDDEN GEM - 1168 E Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404-4606, United States
Contestant Entry Fee: $50
• Flyer creation
• Social Media advertisement
• Free Vendor booth at event (while supplies last)
• Day of registration fee: $75 must sign up between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Winner Receives the following: (Worth $2,000)
• $500.00 Cash Prize
• Performance Slot in San Antonio Texas (United Through The Beats & Lyrics with a Comedy Twist) scheduled for Saturday, February 21st
• Round Trip Airfare to San Antono TX for show
• Trophy
• Radio Interview
• Radio Promo
• Article in local paper
• 3-month free promo on all Lue Productions social media platforms
Competition rules and Regulations: (must have 8 to or more signed up)
1. $50 entry fee
2. 3 Cypher Rounds
3. Winner determined by process of elimination in round 1 and 2
a. Things that will cause automatic elimination:
i. No derogatory, degrading, or rude remarks towards component or family members, relatives, or friends.
ii. No violence
4. The 3rd round will be the final battle between the last two remaining artists. That round will be judged by our selected judges.
Beat Selection:
• Beats will be provided by Mack Music and LUE Productions
• Beats will not be given to artists prior to event
• Artists will have to spit from the top of their dome to whatever beat comes up.
