The Daddies do the Rhythm & Blues⊠The Well Swung Daddies â exciting, dynamic neo blues & swinghip band of three professional cookinâ horns (Sax/Bari, Trumpet & Trombone), two bluesy, raw, harmonious vocals (Male & Female) and a kickinâ rhythm section of stirrinâ Guitar, honky Keys/Organ, bustinâ Bass & dirty Drum beats.
Hear the Neo Swing sound as The WellSwung Daddies play a rousinâ mix of arrangements taking you on a journey to New Orleans, Chicago with their own twist & sizzlinâ baby blues style. Be dazzled! Swinginâ & swayinâ to the dynamic sounds from the â40s to today with these âprofessional catsâ dressed to impress in bootlegginâ ganster style. From âCaledoniaâ, âZip Gun Bopâ to âWhen I Get Low, I Get Highâ to âMellow Saxophoneâ & âBartender Bluesââ, The WellSwung Daddies will ensure youâre doinâ a âZoot Zoot Riotâ. Iconic dance songs of today are also given a special swinginâ twist for the audience members to remember! The Daddies also include big band classics made famous by the Great Gatsby era and the prohibition years. Bands such as Brian Setzer Orchestra, Louis Jordan, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Royal Crown Revue, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Lavay Smith and Ray Charles.
