The Wellspring - songs of rivers, lochs & seas

Join us for a concert of a cappella vocal music celebrating the wonderful waterways around us, from fens and marshes to wells, rivers, lochs and seas. The programme features folk songs from around the world, medieval cantigas, Shaker hymns and a couple of arrangements of songs by the amazing Karine Polwart, including The Wellspring, written for the recent rededication of St Mungo's Well at Glasgow Cathedral.
We're excited to welcome some special guests - Dolinki - a small female ensemble specialising in Polish singing. They perform Polish folk songs, as well as joining us for a couple of joint pieces.
