The Wellness Masquerade is a free in-person wellness experience created to help people reconnect with themselves through joy, community, and simple practices that support wellbeing.

Join us for a fun, vibrant, elevated wellness carnival. Are you ready to exhale?

Upon arrival you'll choose a mask, then move through interactive activities designed to help you pause, breathe, learn, and invite joy. Whether you come with your girlfriends, your friends, your mamma, or just yourself, this is a space to drop in, enjoy the atmosphere, and leave with something meaningful.

• Choose Your Mask — Select a mask when you arrive and learn to intentionally set it down as you engage in wellness activities.
• Food, Drinks & Freebies — Indulge in light bites and drinks, plus giveaways at every station, guaranteed for the first 500 attendees
• Joy Activities — Interactive stations rooted in Black Psychology and designed around creativity, movement, and play
• Mindful Moments — Guided pauses to breathe, reflect, and reset
