About this Event

The Wellness Hub of New Jersey is a place to Gather, Restore and Create. We are pleased to offer you a weekly mediation practice. Start your day off with a relaxing and grouding meditation that will set the tone for your day. From 8:30-9:00 am, Dr. Kris will guide you through a meditation. From 9:00-9:30 am, Dr. Kris will move into a silent mediation. You can stay for the hour or you can simply spend the first 30 minutes with us and then go about your beautiful day. You get to decide if 30 minutes is enough or if you want to stay for the hour. The choice is yours.
