ARE YOU LIVING ON EMPTY? It’s time to charge up.
Join us for The Wellbeing Journey, a 6 week course designed to help you discover the best version of yourself.
WHAT IS IT? This is a video-based series exploring holistic wellness: body, mind, and spirit. We will explore how to run on a "full tank" by looking at key areas of wellbeing—including our mindset, physical health, and spiritual life.
Whether you are feeling a bit flat or just looking for a fresh perspective, this course provides a supportive space to refill your battery.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Food & Friendship: We start every session with food at 5:30pm a great chance to relax and chat before we begin.
Inspiring Content: We will watch a video together and share thoughts in a friendly, no-pressure environment.

How to find us: Please note the Hall is separate from the main Church building.
Parking: Park in the car park outside Immanuel Church on Pleasington Lane.
Walking to the Hall: Walk up the hill from the car park towards the main road. Pass the Scout Hut, and you will see the Parish Hall right next to it.
