The Well Within Experience – Free Community Event

Join us at the Dollarhide Community Center for The Well Within Experience, a lively and relaxing celebration focused on wellness, movement, creativity, and building connections within our community.
Experience a variety of engaging activities, including yoga, line dancing, arts and crafts, a cooking demonstration, comedy, and social activities. Explore a variety of information booths offering valuable resources and support.
Throughout the event, attendees will learn practical coping strategies and stress reduction techniques, explore local wellness resources, and participate in free health screenings. Enjoy opportunities to laugh and connect with others in a supportive environment.
Collect fun incentive gifts, stress balls, and etc., by participating in activities and getting your punch card stamped.This event is free and open to all, especially older adults! Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage you to reserve your spot to help us plan for lunch, seating, and materials.
