Are you ready to expand your understanding of yourself as a woman within the loving container of deep womanhood? What does it mean to be a True woman in this world? How can we deepen in this discovery together?
You are invited to take your seat in the circle for The Weaving – Women’s Wisdom Circle. Places are limited for an intimate journey together into Her.
Women are valleys. We are not meant to push, to strive in the way that we were taught. Our essence is pure receptivity. Deep relaxation is our true nature. We are not here to hold life, nor direct it. We are the essence of Life.
Nourishing yoga/meditation, womb consciousness, purification, somatic movement, menstrual cycle wisdom, spiritual guidance, sharing, healing and divine transmission.
As is the flowing essence of woman - we will move with what arises in the group in each session, however we will generally start with a check-in, nourishing yoga/meditation practice and then sharing.
The invitation is to come together for a profound awakening and rewiring at this crucial time in history – discovering what it is to be a True Woman in this world. To deepen into the Ground of Being, open and soften into Her, be at deep rest in in the body, growing in our sensitivity, receptivity, openness, humility, radical self-love and allowing strength to be born through our vulnerability. Women have a strong role to play at this time as our essence is Feminine and we are so much closer to Her.
By coming together weekly in this way, we awaken to the power of Shakti (the force of creation), opening, trusting & dropping deeply into the soil the body, discovering what it is to be grounded in Her... in our sexuality, sensuality and creativity, for our birth into pure passion, power, innocence and wholeness.
A beautifully intimate space opens between the women in the group over the weeks together. We will touch everything from the shame to the deepest pleasure. It is a space of exploration for the women attending and you are deeply invited to venture out of the comfort-zone to touch those areas that are deeply sensitive to you.
In offering yourself this space, you will learn to receive yourself fully, connect with the different seasons of your cycle, your true Feminine essence and radically transform your relationship with yourself and others.
The circle welcomes all women, including pregnant women and babes in arms. Blessed be our time together in the field of Pure Love as we deepen into the Valley of Woman.
***No pre-requisite to attend this circle, though I do ask for an 5-weekly rolling commitment to allow for an intimate space together, where we can feel safe to ‘see’ and be ‘seen’. This is not a drop-in class, although a taster class is available so you can see if it's for you.***
After the first 5 weeks initial commitment, an intimate circle of committed sisters will unfold where we can drop more deeply into openness, trust, surrender, connection and sharing of our collective wisdom.

For many years, and particularly since my initiation into motherhood, I have been passionate about empowering women to activate and heal their womb-space to realise their full potential. Women who are in deep womb resonance will birth a new human society that will restore our connection to the web of life over time. When we heal ourselves, we heal the planet. This is the role of sisterhoods - to generate Shakti and in doing so, transmute suffering in both men & women.
